FRIENDS OF THE SCHOOL started the 100 CLUB lottery in 2005 and our winners have been delighted with their prizes so far.  The children enjoy being involved in picking the winning numbers in assembly and cheer when they hear who has won each month.  The winners are published in the school newsletter and on the noticeboard in the playground.  There are 12 monthly draws running from September to August, the cash prize depends on the number of members in the lottery.  Our numbers have reached 58 but we would love to reach 100.  This is your chance to get involved.

THE BENEFITS OF THE 100 CLUB ARE:-

A CHANCE TO HELP THE SCHOOL

Funds raised are channelled via Friends of the School towards additional ICT equipment for our school.

A CHANCE TO WIN PRIZES FOR YOURSELF TOO

50% of the income is allocated for prizes – 1^st prize = 25%; 2^nd prize = 15%; 3^rd prize =10%.

The actual winnings are based on the number of subscribers to the Club - with a full 100 members that would translate to prizes of £25, £15 and £10 EACH MONTH!!!!!!

Open to over 18’s only – parents/guardians/staff/anyone with an interest in the school can apply.

A draw will take place on last term-time Monday of every month; children from school to make the draw in assembly.

Payment by cash/cheque (payable to Friends of Pocklington Community Junior School) - £7 to join before 25th February 2008, £6 to join from March and so on until August 2008.

On receipt of payment you will receive your individual number certificate and full rules.  Dates of the draw are recorded on the school calendar.
